Once verified, the notary will electronically notarize your documents, making them legally binding.

An Apostille is an official certificate that authenticates the origin of a public document for use in foreign countries. It is required for documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, academic records, and business documents that will be presented in countries that are part of the Hague Convention. At Quality Assurance 24/7, we ensure your documents meet international standards and provide a smooth process for Apostille certification.

To obtain an Apostille, you need to submit the original document to a state-authorized office. The office will verify the document’s authenticity and attach an Apostille certificate. This allows the document to be recognized in countries that are part of the Hague Convention. We simplify this process by handling the submission and ensuring compliance with international standards.

A Notary Signing Agent is a specially trained notary public who is authorized to handle and notarize documents related to real estate transactions, such as mortgages, deeds, and affidavits. They ensure that the documents are signed correctly and that the identities of the signers are verified. At Quality Assurance 24/7, we offer certified loan signing agent services to make your real estate transactions smooth and legally sound.

Common documents requiring an Apostille include birth certificates, marriage certificates, academic records, and legal documents such as power of attorney or business contracts. If you’re planning to use a document abroad, especially in a Hague Convention country, it’s essential to check whether an Apostille is required.

You should request a certified copy when you need an official, legally recognized duplicate of an original document. Examples include court documents, medical records, academic transcripts, or business contracts. Certified copies are necessary when you’re unable to submit the original document or when required by institutions.
