Shipping & Liability – Once documents are handed to third-party carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.), we’re no longer responsible for delays or damage.  

Government Delays – We try to meet timelines, but government processing times are outside our control.  

Uncontrollable Events – Things like natural disasters, strikes, or postal delays can cause disruptions.  

Notary Limitations – We verify identity and witness signatures, but we don't provide legal advice.
